Our promise

"Ethical Business"
is how we quote,
weigh and certify.

For us it isn't a slogan on the wall — it's six concrete commitments that govern every order, from the price we quote to the certificate that ships with the steel.

/ 01 — Transparent pricing

Priced per kilogram, in the open

Every quote is ₹/kg, tied to the day's nickel level, with GST shown separately. No opaque lump sums, no surprise add-ons — you can check our price against the market yourself.

/ 02 — Honest weighing

The weight on the invoice is the weight you get

Material is weighed openly and billed on actual weight. What the scale shows is what you pay for — the oldest trust problem in the steel trade, settled simply.

/ 03 — Correct-grade guarantee

304 is 304 — never 202 sold as 304

You receive the exact grade you ordered, verifiable against the heat's mill test certificate. We will not substitute a cheaper grade to protect a margin.

/ 04 — Certified, every time

EN 10204 3.1 with every consignment

Chemistry and mechanicals certified to the delivered heat, traceable by heat number. Third-party inspection is always welcome.

/ 05 — Fair to small workshops

No inflated minimums

Cut-to-size and no minimum order, so an MSME taking a single sheet is quoted as fairly as a buyer taking ten tonnes. A proper GST invoice on every order.

/ 06 — Lead times we keep

A delivery date is a promise

We quote lead times we can actually hold, flag risks early, and track each order to dispatch — because a late coil stalls your whole line.

Why it matters

In a market where grade and weight are easy to fudge, being straight is the real differentiator.

Low-nickel 202 looks identical to 304 but costs ~25% less — and corrodes where 304 wouldn't. A buyer who can't test every coil is trusting their supplier. Khianox earns that trust the only way it lasts: the right grade, the right weight, on paper, every time.
